As most of you already know from a long relationship with us, or from reports or witnessing firsthand our relationship with the client who referred you we are committed to excellence and your satisfaction and customer experience. GENERAL DISCLOSURES AND GUIDANCE
RETURN POLICY, DONATION RETURN POLICY, ONE DAY TURN AROUND POLICY ...
Generally because of the nature of our work, as I'm sure you may suspect, it is difficult to equitably allow for returns if not impossible. However, with us the customer is always right. Our general policy is that Returns will ordinarily NOT be allowed if it pertains to Clerical, Typing, Filing, Draft Prep and Delivery Work, or services which by their nature following delivery we cannot "take back" the good or service delivered. However, as to goods provided - if any - if they are defective, otherwise broken, or the like we welcome returns and will eagerly return all sums. Generally all sales are final once our processor Clears and Settles and the funds pass through to us. Any agreement to returns will be by Gift Card, in-house credit, or wire. Once funds are no longer within the possession of the processor or have cleared we have no real ability to reverse in the traditional sense.
Because of the Pro Bono work that we do some of you, our "Angels" as you are affectionately referred to here at The Opulent Fountain Group, make gracious donations either out of the kindness of your heart without prompting or as a gratuity from settlements and other legal matters that our clients feel worked out for them particularly well. Because of the nature of this, and because Donations are by and large specified to go to certain employees or volunteers involved in the work with hands on assistance rendered to the Donor there are NO REFUNDS of donations available. So when you gift gift cautiously and upon dutiful deliberation prior thereto.
In rare situations depending upon what is involved our staff reserves the right to say yes or NO to one day turn-around requests and to apply the requisite free concurring with that urgency. Where one day turn arounds are required we highly recommend that you email us or call at once. Be sure to start off by telling our personnel that THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND REQUIRES ONE DAY TURN AROUND. They will handle accordingly. Ordinarily any responses are within 4 hours during weekdays and within 6 hours on weekends and Holidays.

1. Providing General Legal Information: (i) We share general information about what the law says without applying it to specific circumstances. (ii)We discuss general legal principles and concepts.
2. Educational Resources: (i) We refer to publicly available legal resources, such as books, articles, or websites, for general information. (ii) We provide information based on published cases or statutes without interpreting them for specific situation
3. Filling Out Forms: (i)We help fill out forms with factual information provided by the client as instructed by the client without offering legal advice on how to complete them.
4. Legal Research: (i)We conduct and share legal research without providing specific legal advice or interpretation. (ii) We summarize court cases or statutes without applying them to an individual's specific circumstances.
5. Administrative Assistance: (i) We perform administrative tasks, such as typing or filing documents, without making legal judgments or decisions. (ii) We assist with clerical work related to legal matters without interpreting the law.
6. Public Speaking and Seminars: - We speak at public seminars or workshops about general legal topics without offering specific legal advice to attendees. - We conduct educational sessions on general legal procedures and principles.
7. Providing Contact Information for Lawyers & Other Professionals: (i) We refer individuals to licensed attorneys or legal aid organizations for specific legal advice and representation.
- By adhering to these activities, TOFG and its staff, techs, and Chair(s) ensure compliance with legal standards and avoid engaging in unethical behaviors or those which encroach on what our referral pools professionals do.

Not a Substitute for Legal Advice:
- The information and services provided by TOFG and its staff, techs, and Chair(s) are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek legal counsel from a licensed attorney for any legal matters.

No Attorney-Client Relationship:
- This document/disclosure and interaction with our staff does not create an attorney-client relationship between TOFG and/or its staff, techs, and Chair(s) and any client.

Liability:
- TOFG and its staff, techs, and Chair(s) are not liable for any actions taken or decisions made by clients based on the information or services provided. Clients assume full responsibility for their legal decisions and actions.
- The guiding principles and basis for the service provided and foundational guidance for providing clerical services are sincerely held religious beliefs as to equality and justice for all, which means equal access to resources and instrumentalities of justice. Utilization of our services is deemed a general subscription and/or personal belief in these tenets and those needful beliefs associated.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate a service agreement or relationship with written notice to the other party.

Voluntary Services and Donations:
- Our services do not ordinarily cost and are volunteer services provided by many volunteers.
- Voluntary donations are appreciated as a workman is worthy of compensation.
- Barter and exchange are acceptable for those who need atypical clerical help but are without means, especially in cases of Disabled Veterans, Disabled Persons, and Elders.
